Navigate the venue with ease 

• Explore the app’s interactive map to locate exhibitors, stages and essential facilities.  

• NEW! Setting up a meeting at a hall or exhibition stand, but not sure where it is? Our app now provides simple A to B directions from anywhere in the venue, so you’ll be able to find your way much more easily.    


Know your access 

• Use the app to see the content and areas available to you – this differs depending on whether you have an Exhibition, Leader’s Conference, VIP, Press or Ministerial Programme Pass.   

• Filter agenda sessions based on your pass type. Just activate the Access Permitted filter on the agenda.   


NEW! Build your own personalised agenda 

The in-app agenda builder tool lets you plan your must-see sessions easily. Just select the ones that interest you and they’ll automatically be collated into your personalised agenda. 


Network on the app, starting from today! 

• The app gives you access to nine months of networking with MWC attendees – six of which are after the event.  

• Set up your profile and enable networking, to connect with other attendees – from now.  

• Let others know you are going – our updated LinkedIn sharing feature on your registration portal lets you post directly to your network and find out who else will be there!

Where to find them 

The main venue for MWC is Fira Gran Via where you’ll find Connected Industries in Hall 4, Diversity4Tech in Hall 6, along with Sports Tomorrow Congress. While our digital startup event, 4YFN, is in Hall 8 and 8.1 at the north entrance.  

The Talent Arena is at Fira Montjuic – a different location that’s not too far from the main venue.

Accessibility  

Make sure you’re aware of the on-site services for attendees who are visually or hearing impaired, including sign language interpreters, Braille materials and auxiliary aids.

FAQs for first-timers

How do I get to Fira Gran Via? 
MWC provides a free transport pass, valid for metro, buses, and FGC trains. This can be picked up at Barcelona Airport when you arrive, or from a desk at the south entrance as you come into the venue. The venue is easily accessible via public transport and directions are available on the MWC App. 

What should I wear? 
Comfortable shoes are essential, as you’ll be walking a lot. Smart casual attire is recommended, but make sure you’re prepared for long days. 

Where can I eat? 
From quick bites to pre-arranged meals, MWC offers plenty of options. Don’t forget to check out the on-site catering options through the MWC App.  

Starting your day at 4YFN?  
If you’re spending the start of your day at 4YFN, did you know our north entrance provides the quickest access to Hall 8 and 8.1 where all the start-up magic happens? Avoid the walk from the south entrance by getting transport directly to the north entrance.
