Talent Arena is Europe’s premier event dedicated to digital talent. For the first time, digital professionals, leading global tech companies and educational institutions will come together, creating a hub for learning, networking and career growth. 
 
In collaboration with the GSMA, the Spanish Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Government of Catalonia and the Barcelona City Council, Talent Arena plays a key role in fostering Europe’s next generation of tech talent. 

Join us from 3-5 March, at Fira Barcelona Montjuïc - Hall 8, in Plaça Espanya, where we invite all MWC and 4YFN attendees to experience it firsthand. No extra registration required – simply present your MWC digital access pass at the priority entrance.

What is Talent Arena?

Talent Arena is a must-attend event hosted by Mobile World Capital Barcelona and co-located with MWC Barcelona 2025. We invite all MWC and 4YFN attendees to come and experience it for themselves. 

Featuring a dynamic lineup of activities designed to ignite the passions of digital experts and talent management professionals — step into a space where digital talent meets opportunity, sparking new connections and insights across the entire ecosystem. 

What to expect at Talent Arena?

  • Inspiring Keynotes: Be inspired by some of the brightest minds in tech – including Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, AI expert Garry Kasparov and Google’s former Chief Decision Scientist Cassie Kozyrkov.
  • GSMA Open Gateway DevCon: Explore the power of network APIs at this exclusive session on 4 March from 15:00-19:00. Plus, enjoy some networking drinks and tapas before it kicks-off!
  • GSMA Open Gateway Hackathon: Watch 100 developers in action as they spend two days creating groundbreaking solutions on Nokia’s Network as Code platform.
  • Professional Accreditation Taster Sessions: Join GSMA Advance for two hands-on telecom workshops on the evolution of mobile networks (3 March) and the future of 5G (4 March), with a special discount to upgrade to the full professional accreditation course later on.
