Yes, the police station is located in the south entrance, Level 0.

Should you discover or be given a lost item please return them to our lost & found desks.

• The Exhibitor Care desk located inside of the venue in the South Entrance, Level -1 will house the lost & found coordination desk. 
• The lost & found desk inside the police station, south entrance, Level 0 is for passports and documents only.

Should you wish to bring an accompanying Minor to the Event in the absence of adequate childcare, you must complete the Application for Minor’s Access you will find here. Please remember that bringing a Minor to an Event for any reason other than the absence of adequate childcare is not advised. 

Since the process to approve entry for a Minor can take up to 72 hours and any onsite requests may significantly delay your entry to the Event, we encourage you to submit the Application well in advance of the Event. 

The Minor Friendly Space will be open to all parents/guardians of infants during the show days. The Minor Friendly Space is in the Hall 2, Room 2.D

A Cash Machine / ATM machine is available in the South Entrance ground floor.

Free public Wi-Fi service is available to MWC registered attendees.

Are there prayer rooms available at MWC?

Yes, MWC provides four peaceful, purpose-built prayer rooms equipped with ablution zones for attendees to pray and observe Ramadan in a respectful environment.

Where are the prayer rooms located?

• Hall 3: Spacious prayer rooms with separate areas for males and females. 
• Hall 7: Separate prayer rooms for males and females, along with a dedicated meditation space for all genders. 

What are the operating hours for the prayer rooms?

• Monday to Wednesday: 08:30h to 19:00h
• Thursday: 08:30h to 16:00h

Is there a meditation space available?

Yes, there is a meditation space located in Hall 3. It is open to all attendees seeking a calm place to relax, meditate, or practice mindfulness.

What support is provided for fasting during Ramadan?

MWC is committed to supporting Muslim attendees observing Ramadan by:

• Providing dates and water at designated areas near the prayer rooms for Iftar (dusk) each day from 18:00h to 19:00h (Monday to Wednesday).
• Coordinating Iftar and Suhoor services at partner hotels for attendees. You can request these services directly at the hotel you are staying in througout MWC. 

Are there Halal food options available at the venue?

Yes, a variety of Halal food outlets will be available throughout the venue. Detailed information about their locations and operating hours can be found on the Prayer Rooms & Ramadan section of the MWC Website and through the official event app.

Will there be any cultural sensitivity accommodations?

Yes, in addition to prayer rooms, the following amenities will be provided:

• Pashminas for communal use in the female prayer rooms.
• Quran copies in multiple languages; English and Arabic.
• High-quality prayer rugs for comfort.
• Slippers for hygiene and convenience.
• Information on local mosques in Barcelona, available in the prayer rooms, on the Prayer Rooms and Ramadan section of the MWC Website, and through the official event app.

Is there a map showing the locations of prayer rooms, Iftar areas, and Halal food outlets?

Yes, a detailed venue map highlighting the locations of prayer rooms, meditation spaces, Iftar areas, and Halal food outlets will be available on the Prayer Rooms & Ramadan section of the MWC website, and through the official event App. 

Can non-Muslim attendees use the prayer rooms?

The prayer rooms are specifically designated for Muslim attendees to pray. However, the meditation space in Hall 3 is open to all attendees who may need a quiet place to relax or reflect.
