- Having a strong engagement with the private sector in policymaking processes, showcasing the importance of diverse voices to achieve effective policies
- Its decision to stop supporting 2G and 3G devices — an essential step towards phasing out legacy technologies and refarming spectrum for 4G, 5G and beyond
- For championing meaningful connectivity at the 2024 G20 meeting, which was written into the Leaders' Declaration as a key principle for digital inclusion and related policy decision making and
- For its release of 3.5 GHz spectrum for mobile services more than a year earlier than planned, accelerating 5G deployment and adoption across the country.
