QTI was born in 2020 as a spin-off of the National Institute of Optics of the Italian National Research Council (CNR-INO). At QTI we design, engineer and sell efficient, rapidly deployable, and easy-to-manage Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) products tailored to civil and military markets.
QTI offers a comprehensive, full-stack solution for quantum-resistant communications. Our proprietary QKD (Quell-X), Key Management Entity (QKME) and Quantum Software-Defined Network (QSDN) solutions enable seamless integration into complex network architectures and compatibility with third-party appliances.
As a subsidiary company of Telsy S.p.A., and operating within the TIM Group, QTI has also developed an advanced end-to-end quantum-resistant encryption system that integrates QTI’s QKD technology with Telsy’s Layer 3 encryptors, delivering unparalleled security to existing telecommunication networks.
