ACROSS brings together 9 full partners from Banja Luka (Bosnia and Hercegovina), Bialystok (Poland), Chemnitz (Germany), Craiova (Romania), Girona (Spain), Nova Gorica (Slovenia), Perpignan (France), Udine (Italy), and Ruse (Bulgaria). Our alliance consists of small-medium sized universities situated in border-adjacent cities.
Through ACROSS Border Engagement Centres, we create vibrant collaboration spaces. Together, we tackle cross-border challenges with research and innovation projects, collaborating with businesses, SMEs, public authorities and citizens for the needs of border regions. We impulse and support start-ups based on new scientific, technological and social innovations derived from our research for the prosperity of our regions.
