Mary Elizabeth Porray is Global Vice Chair for Client Technology (CT). In her role, Mary Elizabeth leads a team of 3,500 EY people and 3,000 contractors who build and operate client facing technology products and platforms that, in combination with services, deliver value and impact. CT plays an important role in strengthening the trusted relationships with Accounts, Sectors, Member Firms and GDS. As the Growth and Innovation COO, Mary Elizabeth operates the global functions which will be key to driving the future growth of EY. This includes Alliances & Ecosystems, Managed Services, Sustainability, Client Technology, Data, Innovation, Product Management and Smart Delivery.
Mary Elizabeth is a member of EY’s Global Diversity and Inclusiveness Steering Committee. She is an active champion and sponsor of women's development and is passionate about seeing her daughters live in an equitable society.
Previously, Mary Elizabeth was the Client Service Leader of EY’s GDS organization and was based in Bangalore, India. The GDS Client Service organization operates across seven countries and employs over 60,000 professionals. In this role, Mary Elizabeth oversaw the strategy, management, and operations of six lines of business: Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions, Tax, Knowledge and Client Technology.
Through her 20+ year EY career, Mary Elizabeth has had the opportunity to live on three continents and work across multiple service lines and industries. She has held Global, Area and Regional leader roles in People Advisory Services, where she advised clients through enterprise-wide transformation focusing on building behavioral change capability and capacity. Her purpose is to serve as a catalyst so that business and people can transform.
Mary Elizabeth and her husband, Greg, have two teenage daughters, Ellie and Caroline. She enjoys travelling, movies and making memories with her family.
