Martin Gruber is the CEO of Riterz, a global marketplace transforming sports sponsorships. By enabling Brands and Media Agencies to seamlessly book and execute campaigns across a Rights Holder's media network, Riterz turns media assets into a high-value advertising ecosystem, unlocking new revenue and maximising sponsorship impact.
Martin's leadership is built on experience at global giants like Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, and Ford Motor Company Europe. He also founded Navus, an event-tech platform that revolutionised sponsorship-driven events for major clients including Pfizer, Novartis, Vifor Pharma, Alexion, Roche, Medtronic, and Abbott. These collaborations were pivotal to Navus' growth and the introduction of groundbreaking technologies for digital sponsorship at events.
With a Master’s in Business Management from the University of Graz, Martin brings deep expertise in innovation.
