José Antonio González Paz is a Materials Engineer with an MBA from Instituto de Empresa, a PDG from IESE and a Diploma in AI Application Design from MIT. He is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in operations across various sectors (Industry - P&G, HP, Syngenta-, Logistics Services - Dascher, Maersk -, eCommerce (DeinDeal, Offerum), including over 15 years in technology consulting (everis/NTTData and others) and more than 10 years developing start-ups, guiding them from an early-stage operation (proof of concept) to full-scale deployment, establishing processes and organizational structures to efficiently deliver products to customers
