She leads strategic initiatives in future foresight, embedding diversity and inclusion into business innovation to drive meaningful transformation.
With over 12 years of leadership experience, Constanze has built and led high-performing teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Her career spans Meta, Bitkom, SAP, and the German Bundestag, reflecting her deep expertise in innovation, inclusive leadership, and strategic transformation.
A passionate advocate for equal opportunities, she actively contributes to initiatives such as ADAN, Deutschlandstiftung Integration, and 2Hearts. She is also a co-author of two bestsellers:
