With over 25 years of experience, Ana is a well-recognized strategic leader in the Tech, Telecoms and IOT industries with a proven track record of building strong teams and delivering results in international organizations.
Ana is the Executive Director for GlobalPlatform, the organization globally responsible for the standardization of secure components and technologies that secure our digital future. GlobalPlatform technologies are used today in billions of devices and objects – from banking cards to smartphones and ePassports. Most recently GlobalPlatform launched a new initiative to simplify compliance to cybersecurity regulations through a common security evaluation methodology (SESIP).
Prior to joining GlobalPlatform, Ana was appointed Chief Strategy Officer for 10T Tech, a recognized leader in eSIM orchestration, and co-founded MTL Management, a strategy consulting group working to support many companies on defining their path to success.
Earlier in her career, she held key positions at GSMA for 15 years, where she was responsible for industry strategy, global IoT and vertical industries engagement and EVP and Head of North America. Ana also held strategy consulting positions at BCG, Deloitte Consulting and Accenture and in private banking at Merrill Lynch.
Ana currently serves on the Board of the Global Telecom Women’s Network, National Board of Directors of Girls Scouts USA and Technology Advisory Board of Asignio.
