I’m Mireia Trepat, a chemical engineer by training, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Freshly Cosmetics. As a leader of this natural and sustainable cosmetics brand, I’ve contributed to its success and expansion to over 36 countries. Since our early days, we’ve revolutionized natural cosmetics with safe and effective products for sensitive skin. Our formulas, with over 99% natural ingredients and clinically tested to ensure no adverse effects, reflect our commitment to transparency and sustainability.
Leading a team of more than 300 people, Freshly has achieved an annual revenue of over €45 million, operating across online channels, 18 physical stores, and expanding through the B2B distribution channel. My expertise lies in marketing strategy, scaling sales across all distribution channels, and creating brand desire.
As an Advisor at Freshly, my mission is to explore new ways to generate impact within the entrepreneurial ecosystem while continuing to support Freshly's strategy.
I also mentor entrepreneurs and collaborate with businesses to boost their development. I’m passionate about helping others structure their ideas and transform them into effective actions, guiding them towards sustainable success.
I love creating action plans and like to think of myself as a catalyst who brings order and drives effective action. I’m deeply passionate about time management, organization, and team leadership, as well as brand building and marketing. These are skills I’ve honed throughout my journey at Freshly, complemented by learnings from books and podcasts.
I live in Tarragona, and I’m a big fan of the sun and the sea.
