Victoria Hernandez-Valcarcel is a globally recognized business executive, independent board member, and lecturer, with a distinguished career spanning telecommunications, Banking & Finance, and Corporate Governance. She has held top executive roles, including President of Orange Spain, Senior Vice President at Proximus, and Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at British Telecom Europe, where she led major strategic initiatives and corporate transformations.
Currently, Victoria serves as a Non-Executive Director for listed and non-listed companies, providing strategic insights, governance expertise, and leadership across multiple sectors. She is also an Investor Jury Member for the European Innovation Council (EIC), overseeing €10.1 billion in funding for groundbreaking technologies across Europe, and serves at the Expert Commission of the EU Strategic Technologies European Platform (STEP). Based in Paris, she is known for her analytical mindset, inclusive leadership, and commitment to fostering sustainable, innovative ecosystems.
