Speaker Bio
Mr. Ye Xiaoyu is currently the vice president and Chief Security Officer (CSO) of China Unicom Research Institute, the chairman of GSMA Open Gateway China Working Group.
Mr. Ye has 30 years' working experience in telecommunication operation enterprises, and has been engaged in the planning, construction and operation of broadband Internet and mobile communication networks for a long time. He has deep insight into network technology and user needs, as well as rich practical experience in research results application.
Since 2024, he has successfully driven the implementation of the GSMA Open Gateway initiative as its China Working Group Chairman, achieving significant progress.
