Speaker Bio
Anna was appointed CEO of International Digital Services (IDS) on January 1, 2025, to drive Singtel’s international digital expansion. She joined Singtel in 2020 as Deputy Consumer CEO, became Consumer CEO in 2021, and was later named Deputy CEO of Singapore in 2023, leading the Consumer and SME business. Since 2021, she has also served as a Board Commissioner at Telkomsel. Before Singtel, Anna was CEO of SmarTone, where she launched Birdie Mobile and led the company to win Best Mobile Carrier in Hong Kong. She previously led Mastercard’s Hong Kong and Macau operations, introducing key digital payment innovations, and was a global partner at McKinsey, co-leading its Financial Institutions and Payments practice in Asia. She holds a DPhil (PhD) from the University of Oxford and a First-Class Honours degree in Business Administration from Chinese University of Hong Kong.
