Eugenia Dunaeva is a business leader, investor, and advisor specializing in B2B sales, go-to-market strategy, and commercial partnerships. With over 12 years of experience in corporate and startup ecosystems, she has worked at the intersection of monetization, tech, and business development.
As the ex-Director of Ecosystem Partnerships at Meta and Expedia Group, Eugenia crafted commercial strategies for Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, driving advertising technology adoption across EMEA. She has navigated diverse industries, from SaaS to commerce, from traveltech to adtech, helping companies scale their revenue and partnerships.
Today, she is a Partner and Deal Advisor at DVC, a San Francisco-based VC firm backing repeat founders in the AI/ML space. She is also the Founder and CEO of Ultralite Consulting, where she advises startups on sales strategy, B2B growth, and navigating complex enterprise deals.
Beyond consulting and VC world, Eugenia is an active angel investor in climate and sustainability and was recognized as one of the Top 30 Female Investors to Watch in Climate globally in 2023.
