Speaker Bio

Wilson L. White, Vice President, Government Affairs & Public Policy at Google, possesses two decades of experience as an engineer and technology lawyer. He currently leads global government affairs and public policy for Google's Platforms & Devices and APAC. Throughout his career, Wilson has provided valuable insights to lawmakers, regulators, and key opinion leaders across the globe on the evolving technology landscape and its societal impact.


Prior to his current role, Wilson served as a patent litigation attorney at Google, where he defended the company in patent infringement lawsuits and advocated for patent reform legislation. He also worked as a litigator at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP in Atlanta, Georgia, and as a federal judicial law clerk.


In addition to his corporate board memberships and adjunct faculty position at the University of Maryland Technology Enterprise Institute, Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law. He currently resides in Singapore with his family.
