Giuseppe Scionti is the founder and CEO of the food-tech startup Novameat and a technology entrepreneur specializing in alternative proteins. He is the inventor of a pioneering method for producing the next generation of plant-based protein products. With a background as a researcher and professor in bioengineering, Giuseppe’s work in food technology has earned him recognition as one of the “50 Leading Tech Voices” by the European Patent Office and one of the “Nine Innovators to Watch” by Smithsonian Magazine. He has also served as a judge for the MIT Technology Review’s “Innovators Under 35” awards and has been a speaker at prestigious forums, including the United Nations, CODE, TEDx, and the European Parliament.
