William is the Vice President of MVNx Platforms at AT&T Mobility. He is responsible for building agile operations across AT&T’s connectivity resale partnerships through Mobile Virtual Network Operator platforms. William and his team work to create a variety of innovative wholesale models to meet industry trends, generational tides, and modern consumer behaviors.
William has a passion for innovation and transformation. He is committed to empowering the future through technology disruption.
Over his 21-year career, William has served in a variety of leadership roles of increasing responsibility within Ecommerce, Service Delivery, Global Operations, Transformation, Sales, Business Development, Technical Marketing, Customer Experience, and Sales Operations. In these roles, he has executed on improving customer satisfaction, accelerating revenue growth, and driving operational excellence. William is a servant leader, who guides his team to evolve skills and empowers them to excel.
Prior to his tenure with AT&T, he worked with several venture-backed technology firms focused on product management, sales engineering, and technical marketing.
William is passionate about giving back to his community and making deposits in the bank of life. He has served as Chairman of Leadership Houston and the Greater Houston Black Chamber, the business Advisory Board at Texas Southern University Jesse H. Jones Schools of Business, 100 Black Men of America, Inc., and the Houston Area Urban League.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University. He is originally from Hawaii and currently resides in Frisco, TX with his wife Chana and three daughter Kira, Kari, and Willow.
