Nick Bednarz is the Senior Vice President of Financial Services at Rogers Communications Inc. and CEO of
Rogers Bank. He oversees fraud prevention, credit operations, and loyalty programs across the
enterprise, while driving strategic growth at Rogers Bank. His work spans the company’s diverse
portfolio, from wireless and residential services to Rogers Sports & Media and Rogers Business,
supporting financial systems that power everything from point-of-sale transactions to media operations
and even the business of professional sports.
With a passion for solving complex challenges, he focuses on empowering teams with the right tools to
deliver unparalleled value to clients. His leadership drives innovation through automation, robotics, and
process transformation.
In addition to leading Rogers Bank, he serves on the Rogers Bank Board and the Advisory Board of
