Amanda Ceballo is a seasoned expert in digital innovation and artificial intelligence, currently serving as a Digital Innovation & AI Strategy Consultant at Shiseido's Beauty Tech Lab. With broad experience in conversational AI projects and computer vision techniques, Amanda has been at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge technologies to enhance customer engagement and brand performance.
Previously, Amanda was Head of Technology Services at Fira de Barcelona, where she spearheaded technological transformations at one of Europe's largest trade fair organizations. She holds an MSc in Computer Engineering, with a thesis specializing in computer vision, underscoring her technical expertise in AI-driven solutions.
In her current role, Amanda leads international initiatives across Asia, America and Europe driving advancements in skin diagnosis technology and AI-powered services designed to boost conversion and engagement for Shiseido’s global portfolio of brands.
