Naadia Burrows has served as Broadridge’s Chief Diversity and Environmental Impact Officer since July 2024, expanding on her appointment as the company’s inaugural Chief Diversity Officer in 2020. In this role, she leads the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across the organization, working in close partnership with business units and Human Resources. Naadia also oversees Broadridge’s environmental sustainability initiatives, reflecting the company’s commitment to embedding inclusion and sustainability into its core values and operations.
With nearly three decades of experience at Broadridge, Naadia previously led the Mutual Fund Regulatory Communications business, demonstrating her deep expertise and leadership within the organization. She is a trusted advisor on global initiatives such as the Executive Diversity Council, Associate Networks, recruitment strategies, and compliance frameworks.
Beyond her work at Broadridge, Naadia serves on the Board of the Long Island Association, further showcasing her dedication to community and industry leadership.
