Sandra is an Engineer, Organisational Psychologist, and NLP Master Practitioner. Het career spans 20 years in the global telecoms industry working for Eir, BT Global Services, O2 Telefonica and Vodafone. After five years in R&D at Dublin City University, in 2020 she spun inclusio out into the global market.
Over the past two decades, Sandra has championed and driven people and culture change practices across industries and is considered a leading expert. She played a pivotal role in founding the EU Diversity Charter Ireland in 2014. In 2020, she joined the Expert Advisory Group for Ireland’s Citizens Assembly on Gender Equality. In 2021, she led a Shared Island Dialogue Roundtable on equality and entrepreneurship for the Government’s Shared Island initiative. Additionally, she serves on the Leadership Advisory Council for Ireland’s Police Force.
