Speaker Bio
Mr Jochum is a Vice President of Spectrum policy and Projects at Deutsche Telekom AG (DT). Jan joined DT in 2009 and has worked in the regulatory sector for more than a decade. He is an expert for international spectrum regulation and auctions. In his role, he is responsible for the whole European footprint of Deutsche Telekom Group. Prior to joining DT he was working in different projects in Europe for a management consultancy firm. Jan holds a Master of Arts in Political Sciences from the University of Bonn, Germany.
