Sourabh Pagaria is the current Executive Vice President and Head of Southern Europe of Siemens Healthineers since 2018. He is passionate about building healthier and sustainable communities by leveraging Medical Science, Robotics and Digital & AI technologies, while leading a team of 1,500 people across Greece, Italy, Portugal and Spain.
Previously, he held several senior management roles in Siemens Healthineers, including serving as the General Manager for the Enterprise Service business from 2015 to 2018. His focal point during that time was developing long-term transformational partnerships with key healthcare institutions globally. His knowledge in leadership and digitization allowed him to drive the qualitative growth of Siemens Healthineers up till today, giving value to the launch of products and services, through a multi-channel go-to-market set up for whole Healthineers portfolio, as well as guaranteeing their adequate access to the international market.
Sourabh Pagaria has always stood out for its values. From a sustainable and environmentally friendly perspective, he is considered a healthcare futurist who believes that Digitalization & AI, innovation and new disruptive business models will become driving forces for transforming global healthcare delivery into a more patient-centric, precise and prevention focused care.
