Nagendra brings more than 28 years of experience in the wireless industry. He has extensive experience in security, having worked in various capacities as a standards specialist, Security Architect, Security Specifications Engineer, and product technical lead.
In his current role in Rakuten Symphony, he leads a team of security professionals that oversee security of Rakuten Symphony’s cloud native products, contributes to security ORAN standards, and prototypes security controls for next-gen telco architecture. He is also serving as the co-chair of the O-RAN Alliance Security Work Group (WG11) that’s defining security specifications for O-RAN architecture.
