Sabahat Khurram Bukhari is a dynamic DEI and organizational development leader with over two decades of global experience spanning fintech, telecommunications, banking, technology, and more. Renowned for pioneering diversity and inclusion initiatives in Pakistan, she has successfully aligned organizational cultures, product innovations, and community impact with DEI as strategic business goals.
With successful C-level, DEI advisory and board experience, she has recently founded her firm ‘The Inclusion Lab’, which specializes in inclusion as strategic imperative for corporate across the globe. Her firm has successfully developed and scaled programs such as Digital Equal, empowering over 5,000 rural women with digital literacy and GBV awareness in Pakistan & Africa. TIL has also launched their mission for including ONE MILLION WOMEN IN TECH BY 2030 and WOMEN CXO Leadership FORUM. The Inclusion Lab has cultivated partnerships with governmental and regulatory bodies like the PTA, Ministry of Planning & Development in Pakistan and UN Agencies to further the goals of social, economic, and financial inclusion for women in Pakistan.
She has also pioneered the concept of “Conscious Inclusion for All” emphasizing the need to go beyond the typical viewpoint of gender inclusion by collaborating with corporations to foster ‘truly inclusive DNA’. She addresses topics such as ageism, ethnicity, ability, and neurodiversity as part of talent optimization ROI and its larger context of inclusion in workplaces & society through this program.
Sabahat is an international speaker and thought leaders and her talks mostly revolve around inclusive leadership, allyship & intersectionality, Agile DEI and Conscious Inclusion. Her experience spans start-ups, private companies, and publicly traded corporations. Sabahat is a graduate of the University of Punjab and holds a MS in management, along with certifications in Strategy Management from Harvard University and D&I Professional from the University of South Florida. Additionally trained in executive leadership at INSEAD, she holds numerous coaching and psychometric analysis certifications.
