Being both social entrepreneur and researcher, Julien is a systemic and strategic thinker with a problem-solving approach, combining scientific research methods and business skills for the design, the development & the deployment of innovations in the domains of digital health & AI, political sciences, behavioural sciences, post-growth economics.
