Shiv is responsible for driving GSMAi’s consulting pipeline and project delivery in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to this, Shiv is the Founder of Mandala Insights, a boutique analyst firm covering the telecommunications industry in Asia-Pacific. Previously, he worked as a Practice Leader with IDC and a Principal Analyst with Omdia, along with stints at the Yankee Group, Qualcomm and LogicaCMG while based in the United States. Shiv is a frequent speaker at conferences and client engagements and is often invited to present his opinions on news media – CNBC, ET NOW, BBC as well as regularly quoted in print media. Shiv holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) from Delhi University.
