Žydrūnė Vitaitė is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in business development, technology operations, and leadership roles across the private sector and NGOs. She currently serves as the Business Unit Manager at Monitum (IoT industry, smart smoke & carbon monoxide detection) and is the Co-founder of Women Go Tech, an award-winning mentorship program dedicated to empowering women across Europe to build successful careers in ICT and engineering. Recognized as the winner of the European Digital Skills Awards 2024 in the "Women in ICT Careers" category, Women Go Tech is a driving force in fostering diversity and inclusion in technology. Backed by international and local businesses and supported by the patronage of former President of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaitė, Žydrūnė’s work with Women Go Tech continues to inspire and guide European women to requalify and excel in technology.
