Raj is EY’s Global Managing Partner for Growth and Innovation. He is a visionary technology strategist and global business executive with a career spanning 25 years at the forefront of commercial and financial services, executing strategic growth initiatives and leading complex transformation projects. As the EY Global Managing Partner for Growth & Innovation, Raj is focused on building deep next-generation capabilities to support at scale, AI-powered transformations for evolving client needs across managed services, differentiated alliances, sustainability and more.
Prior to assuming his current role, Raj held the role as EY’s Vice Chair for Americas Consulting, an $11 billion enterprise, leading 40,000 consultants across the Americas. In this role, he focused on aiding the most complex and large clients to boldly navigate their transformation journeys in a changing technology landscape, which was pivotal in generating sustained value and positioning EY teams as leaders in consultative excellence.
In his pursuit to continue innovating, Raj is leading a change within EY service models, aligning them with the organization's business and technology transformation services. He champions tech-enabled services, integrating AI and other emerging technologies into every aspect of the company's operations. Raj is aiming to make technology an integral part of the EY organization’s services, helping deliver solutions that are leading-edge, efficient, and forward-looking.
