Speaker Bio

Bart Valkhof is Head of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) Industry at the World Economic Forum. In this role, he is responsible for the Forum's relationships with tech and telco companies, convenes global ICT leaders through the Forum's ICT CEO and Strategy Officer communities, and develops the Forum's thought-leadership on ICT related topics including AI, digital infrastructure and quantum.


Prior to taking this role, Bart was leading partnership management for ICT, mobility, and advanced manufacturing industries, and previously has managed some of the Forum’s key relationships within the energy sector. Prior to that, Bart was Vice President at ABN AMRO, within its corporate lending group.


Bart earned a M.S. in business administration from the Radboud University Nijmegen, in the Netherlands.
