Session Description
Everyone talks about AI as if it’s universal, but “AI for all” is a myth until supply chain challenges are addressed and nations gain meaningful control over their own AI development. Yet is that even possible? From chipset chokepoints and compute limits to data control and export complication, AI has become a strategically contested domain.
This session explores how global power shifts, trade barriers, and national strategies are reshaping who controls the future of intelligence. What does “AI sovereignty” truly mean and how can it be properly implemented in practice? Is the genuine AI dependency realistic? Are alternative technologies enough to close the supply chain gap? And how can business leaders balance innovation and compliance in their AI strategies?
