Globally, people average 6 hours 58 minutes of screen time per day and whilst the use of tech in our everyday lives has had immense benefits, prolonged use can also lead to problems such as tech addiction, digital stress and physical and mental health issues. In this discussion we will focus on the potential negative impacts of excessive technology use on mental health, productivity and the importance of mindfulness and finding a balance between technology use and personal well-being in today's digital age. Through engaging discussions and real-world tech examples, this session will empower participants with the knowledge and tools to navigate the digital world mindfully and foster a healthier relationship with technology.
