UniSCool's green digitisation revolutionises the cooling of electronic systems through a patented and intelligent highly innovative direct-to-chip liquid cooling system that improves heat dissipation (upto 300 W/cm2) and reduces energy consumption (upto 70%).
UniSCool offers an intelligent cost-effective solution based on a self-adaptive heat sink. An array of thermally activated fins is responsible for passively regulating, without external sensors or actuators, the local heat dissipation capacity to the instantaneous cooling demand, thus achieving chip temperature uniformity.
UniSCool enables data centre processing capacity to be increased with reduced energy consumption, high-performance and reduced space in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.
