Sara Lorenzo Varela, with a degree in Mathematical Sciences from the Complutense University, has more than 25 years of experience in consulting and joined Deloitte in 2002, where she has specialised in the technological transformation of leading organisations in their respective sectors.
She is currently a Partner in the Technology Consulting practice, where she has led ground-breaking initiatives, most notably the creation of an artificial intelligence-based conversational assistant platform called DDaaS. This platform not only underscores her commitment to technological innovation, but also her forward-thinking vision in the application of AI solutions to enhance interaction and customer service in the business realm.
