Speaker Bio
Rosa Cortada is an executive with 25 years of experience leading Information Technology strategies and operations in several sectors: chemical, pharmaceutical, health, telecom companies and currently, she is the CIO of Oxfam Intermon. She is committed to innovation and digital transformation and has a passion for technology-enabled business.
Rosa holds a degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona and a Master's in Advanced Management (AMP) from ESADE and the Wharton Business School of Philadelphia, as well as a Master's in Strategic Management of Information Technologies from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. She has also completed several executive programs at ESADE: CIO Advanced Program and Digitalise, specialising in Digital Transformation and recently Advisory Board Program.
Rosa is an expert in implementing large-scale international projects such as ERPs, CRMs, HR and BI systems, and Digital platforms from different vendors: Oracle, SAP, UiPath, Microsoft and Salesforce.
She combines her professional career with teaching in the Digital Business Transformation program at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and as associate professor in the Digital Transformation postgraduate program at EADA University. She is also member of the Advisory Board of CIONET, CIOs.cat, LiceoTIC and TIC3S.
