Speaker Bio
Rocío Castrillo is currently Head of Division for Startups at ENISA (Empresa Nacional de Innovación). She holds a Degree in Business Management (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid) and a MSc in Technology and Innovation Management (University of Sussex, UK). In previous positions, she was involved in the design and negotiation of the Spanish Recovery Plan at the Presidency of the Government, and was the spokeperson responsible for the negotiation and development of the Spanish position before the European Commission for two subprograms of Horizon 2020. Previously, she also acted as liaison officer of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities with the European institutions, in SOST Office in Brussels. Before joining the public sector, she also worked in private companies as IBM and Repsol YPF.
