Speaker Bio
Dr. Sivasubramaniam is an experienced lawyer, academic and trainer. She has a Ph.D in Law from Durham University, United Kingdom. She is a Barrister-at-law of England and Wales and an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
Dr. Sivasubramaniam has extensive experience in conducting training sessions on telecommunications and policy regulations, both nationally and internationally. Notably, she has served as a trainer for the prestigious Converged Telecommunications and Policy Regulations (CTPR) Masterclass since its establishment in 2015. Her expertise has been instrumental in shaping the knowledge and skills of top-level management personnel from the telecommunications industry, as well as senior government officials from Malaysia and other ASEAN countries.
