Gautam is an experienced strategist enthusiast with a passion for building businesses and challenging the status quo. He has more than 10+ year track-record of defining new business strategies, launching new Products, and delivering operational impact.
Gautam has initiated and delivered sustained results and bought a effective change across a wide range of digital initiatives for Net, Mobile Banking, UPI, Direct Pay, SMS, Tollfree Banking, WhatsApp and EVA. He is the key stakeholder of the Bank One Transformation Program. Major experience lies in strategizing and leading cross-functional teams to bring about fundamental change and improvement in strategy, process, Customer Journey & experience and profitability – both as a
leader and Digital Team Player.
