Georg is a veteran software developer with 40 years of experience. He worked with companies like Mercedes Benz, Zurich Insurance and is currently working at Robert Bosch in Germany. Georg is especially passionate about passionate about InnerSource style collaboration and co-founded the InnerSource initiative at Robert Bosch in 2009.
In 2020, Georg took his passion and commitment for InnerSource to the next level by co-founding the InnerSource Commons Foundation, where he currently serves on the board of directors and helps drive InnerSource adoption in the industry.
Beyond his digital pursuits, Georg finds joy in cycling, woodworking, 3D-construction and -printing.
