Idit Duvdevany-Aronsohn heads ESG and CSR at Amdocs – a global telecommunications software & services company [NASDAQ:DOX] with over 30,000 employees worldwide.
In this role, Idit focuses on improving the lives of people in our communities, fostering diversity & inclusion, promoting sustainability with technologies, prioritizing employee wellbeing and driving change with leaders in our industry. Her responsibilities include ensuring that Amdocs’ global ESG and CSR strategies create lasting value by enhancing business performance, valuing social impact and supporting employee engagement. She also leads the design of stakeholder engagement as well as cross-sector partnerships with, for example, governmental departments, NGOs, telco operators and academic institutions.
Amdocs’ ESG-related achievements (both with and without partners) include creating and launching innovative programs such as Tech for Good – our unique digital-inclusion program where we create new technological solutions to solve a specific social and environmental challenge, such as enabling 500,000+ food-insecure people to access food. Other innovative examples are INSPIRE – Amdocs’ pioneering long-term organizational framework for closing-the-gender gap – and also how Amdocs is successfully driving diversity in the workplace by applying AI within the HR domain to improve mobility, recruitment and career development. Another innovative initiative is Amdocs’ unique gender-managerial dashboard, which measures female representation in every Amdocs human-capital process in real-time.
A recognized ESG leader, Amdocs has been included in both the prestigious Dow Jones Sustainability Index (North America) for five consecutive years, as well as the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index. Idit is a certified lawyer, with 20 years of experience, working in public, private and non-for-profit sectors, mainly in the fields of communication, international law, strategic partnerships, social impact and employee engagement.
