Sandra Healy's career spanned 20 years in the global telecoms industry working for Eir, BT Global Services, O2 Telefonica and Vodafone. After five years at Dublin City University where she established the DCU Centre of Excellence for Diversity and Inclusion, Sandra spun inclusio out of the University in 2020.

Sandra is an Engineer, Organisational Psychologist and NLP Master Practitioner. Over the past 18 years she has championed and driven diversity and culture change practice across industry and is considered a leading expert. In 2014, she was involved in establishing the EU Diversity Charter Ireland. In 2020 Sandra joined the Expert Advisory Group for Ireland’s Citizens Assembly on Gender Equality and is currently on the Leadership Advisory Council for Ireland's Police Force.
